Numensa is offering a scholarship valued at $1,400 towards training for a retail store staff member wishing to progress their career and join a head office merchandise team.
Numensa Retail Consulting is a team of internationally experienced experts offering high-level consultancy, training and product development services to retailers across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Understanding the constraints retailers are facing in training future talent and recognising the effect these limitations have on their ability to stay competitive, Numensa is committed to supporting the next generation of buyers, merchandise planners and product developers through its scholarship.
The winning applicant will receive complimentary enrolment onto Numensa’s Australian-first Foundations of Buying and Merchandise Planning Online Program for a period of six months, valued at $475+GST ($522).
In addition, the winner will receive four 90-minute mentoring sessions with Numensa Retail Consulting, either face-to-face (Melbourne CBD) or via online technologies, such as Skype to enhance their knowledge and career prospects, valued at $800+GST ($880).
The total scholarship value is $1,400.
The Numensa Buying and Merchandise Planning Scholarship is open to anyone working in a retail store wishing to progress their career and join a head office merchandise team.
