The Arnott’s Group has launched a new range of Campbell’s soups “packed with natural goodness to deliver a wellness boost”.
Promoted as a “first of its kind”, the Campbell’s Real Soup range is delivered in a resealable bottle, able to be consumed both hot and cold.
These “100% natural” soups are available in four flavours, each with a unique wellness benefit:
- Pumpkin with Turmeric provides a source of Vitamin A to help support immunity.
- Tomato & Basil with Lentils contains “good” carbohydrates for energy.
- Green Pea with Spinach provides 11g of protein per serve from peas and faba bean to help support muscle strength.
- Sweet Potato & Carrot with Coconut contains a “natural” source of fibre to help support digestive wellbeing.
The Arnott’s Group Senior Brand Manager Marco Maiese says the team has carefully selected a variety of nutritious veggies, legumes, herbs and spices to ensure these plant-based soups deliver on both taste and wellness.
“What we’ve managed to create is a great tasting range of wellness soups that can be consumed in all settings, either hot or cold,” he says.
“They really have the potential to shake up the category and will be noticed by our consumers on shelf for their unique packaging and emphasis on health attributes.”
The Arnott’s Group nutritionist Alison Baldwin says the range is a unique proposition for consumers looking to increase their vegetable intake and those seeking a particular wellness outcome.
“By targeting specific ingredients, we were able to create products that taste great and are also beneficial to our health,” she says.
“All of the products in the new range have four or more health stars, making them a great source of natural wellness.”
The products will be on shelves across Australian retailers in the coming weeks.
