Maximus has expanded its core range with the launch of Maximus Pink Lemonade, promoted as a “fresh take on an Aussie classic”.
Available in the brand’s 1lt bottle, Maximus Pink Lemonade is said to bring a “nostalgic classic to life with bright refreshment, smooth sweetness and a subtle complexity that’s familiar yet intriguingly hard to define”.
With taste the number one consumer need in the sports drink category (Kantar Brand Health Tracking 2025), Maximus says Pink Lemonade is designed to drive flavour-led growth through a highly recognisable, easy-to-shop addition that stands out on shelf, supported by high-impact in-store POS to maximise visibility and trial.
“Building on the strong success of Maximus Mango Passionfruit, a fan favourite, which delivered significant incremental growth to the category, we have continued to innovate with the launch of another unique flavour designed to stand out,” says Lisa Pearce, Head of Maximus, Juice, Digital & Agency Partnerships at Suntory Beverage & Food Oceania.
“At a time when consumers are increasingly seeking comfort in familiar and nostalgic flavour profiles amid ongoing uncertainty, Pink Lemonade taps into that shift and delivers a taste experience that feels both reassuringly recognisable and refreshingly new.”
Maximus Pink Lemonade will launch exclusively with bp and IGA stores this month. From September, the product will be available nationally across grocery and P&C channels.
