The National Retail Association (NRA) has announced that nominations for its annual Rewards for Excellence program are now open, and will now include the Young Retailer of the Year award.
Rewards for Excellence aims to celebrate individuals and businesses in the retail sector who are thought leaders in the industry, while also promoting the diversity of career opportunities in the dynamic field.
Winners will be awarded in a variety of categories including Franchisee of the Year, Employer of the Year, and the Sustainability Excellence award.
Prizes include a place on the Westfield World Retail Study Tour, valued at close to $17,000, multiple places on the Neuresource Group Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership Program, valued at $5,000, and a mentor program with Retail Doctor Group’s CEO Brian Walker. Training vouchers and tickets to industry events will also be provided to each award winner.
Rewards for Excellence will be held on Wednesday, September 14. Private lunches will be held for each category, while winners will be announced at a Rio-themed gala at the Sydney Sofitel in the evening.
