The range comprises three flavour-diverse and effervescent mixers: Ginger Beer, Tonica Citrus and Tonica Oakwood.

For something with more of a tart-turned-sweet flavour, Sanpellegrino Tonica Citrus delivers fragrant hints of lemon and orange peel. Its distinctive profile is made by a unique fusion of citrus fruits, blended perfectly with delicate bubbles of Sanpellegrino tonic and scents of bitter bark.
Sanpellegrino Tonica Oakwood offers a unique and versatile flavour profile. The specially selected oak extract is said to provide “a brand-new taste never found in a tonic, lending a pleasant, bitter first-hand notes”. It is recommended that this tonic be paired with gin and a hint of rosemary, to create a sublimely smooth gin and tonic that’ll bring out the brightness of gin’s botanicals, juniper and coriander.
