                soup   A SEASON FOR WINTER WARMERS  As the cooler months settle in and the days get shorter and gloomier, something that helps to keep you warm from the inside, out is a hearty, home style meal. For this category review, Retail World scoured the supermarket shelves in search of that warming, winter comfort. Here’s what we found and what the brand insiders say. By Margaret Mielczarek. Warming for the Hart & Soul Hart & Soul, launched in 2013, is one of the most “robust and well- established brands” in the KJ&Co Brands stable, according to CEO CharIi Walters, and the “go-to brand for wholesome convenience”. “The brand challenges the category norms, driving growth and relevance, with all-natural goodness, taste and accessibility as core values,” she said, adding that as society becomes increasingly health conscious consumers are looking for not only taste but also health benefits. “Food needs to provide more than ever before,” Ms Walters said. “With less and less time to devote to cooking, and the cost of living increasing, food needs to serve a dual purpose.
