EXPAND THE BEST OF BYRON BAY Byron baked: gluten-free corn snack Brookfarm’s new range of PuffCorn is an Australian non-GMO golden corn, “naturally gluten-free, great for vegans and vegetarians, and made with no preservatives or additives”. Three flavours are available: Sea Salty, Spicy & Salty, and Sweet & Salty. The Brookfarm team describes the product as “a delicious snack for anyone, anytime, available at all great independents, health food stores and online at brookfarm.com.au”. The PuffCorn range (RRP $3.99) is baked in Byron Bay. Small-batch artisan peanut butter Peanut Butter from the Byron Bay Peanut Butter Company features “special roast hi-oleic” peanuts, available with or without Australian macrobiotic sea salt. The team says its range also includes a line of satay sauces, jams, and peanuts in Sweet Chilli & Lime and Chocolate flavours. RRP for the small batch artisan peanut butter is $8.49. Brewed awakening: full- bodied leaf tea The team at Madura describes its Premium Blend Leaf Tea as a “consistent favourite celebrated for its full-bodied flavour, the strength of character and a versatile attitude”. “We created this delicious blend from a selection of the finest teas originating out of our very own 100 per cent Australian owned estate, Sri Lanka, India and South- East Asia. If you love a full-bodied, strong black tea, we welcome you to enjoy this unique award-winning brew.” RRP is $5.70. Spicy sauce blend hot off the bay Byron Bay Chilli Company’s latest sauce is promoted as being “just the right blend of curry, chilli, fish sauce and spice”. “Especially tasty with barbecued chicken or as a salad dressing,” the BBCC team added. “Try this and taste one of the world’s truly unique sauces.
