Sydney Fish Market has announced the winners of its biennial Seafood Excellence Awards on 23 April. The prestigious accolades were celebrated at an exclusive cocktail event in Sydney with the local seafood industry’s best retailers, suppliers, restaurateurs, and businesses in attendance.
