CAPI trades up international bottle manufacturer for local supplier Orora

With most of CAPI’s ingredients and packaging sourced locally, the move to an Australian-made glass bottle is the last piece of the puzzle.

Australian beverage brand CAPI is always striving to build a more local, sustainable, and mindful product range.

“With access to some of the best water, produce and creative talent at their doorstep, it hasn’t been hard to keep the brand almost entirely Australian-made,” the company said in a statement.

“Switching to a locally made bottle has been on the brand’s agenda for a long time and in a rapidly changing post-Covid industry, CAPI was able to leverage the opportunity to switch to Orora, a sustainability-oriented Australian manufacturing company.”

CAPI CEO Emma Evans says: “Some of the most exciting products and innovative thinking is coming out of Australia. To continue to push the evolution of what Australia can offer and to keep us at the forefront of so many industries, we need to support Australian business, which is best done by choosing Australian products.”

The decision to partner with Orora was built upon an aligned commitment and investment in sustainability.

“Consumers are looking to purchase sustainably and locally and Orora is a key contributor in achieving this purpose.”

CAPI’s Australian glass bottle is now available nationally at Dan Murphy’s BWS, Coles, 7-Eleven and other independent retailers.
