Pure Dairy appoints two new General Managers

Pure Dairy has announced the appointment of Lee Shipley as General Manager of Wholesale/Retail Sales and Tim Bonaguro as General Manager of Corporate Sales.

According to the dairy provider, the appointments come at a pivotal time for the company, with it set to open its “state-of-the-art” dairy manufacturing and processing facility in Dandenong South, Victoria in 2025.

Bringing decades of experience in sales strategy and market expansion, Mr Shipley will lead the Wholesale/Retail Sales division, driving growth and strengthening relationships with national retailers, distributors, and independent operators. His expertise in retail and wholesale strategy is expected to propel Pure Dairy’s footprint in the competitive Australian market.

Mr Bonaguro, stepping into the role of General Manager of Corporate Sales, brings a strong background in corporate account management and business development. He will focus on expanding partnerships with food manufacturers, QSRs, and major corporate clients, ensuring Pure Dairy remains a trusted supplier for large-scale dairy solutions.

New facility

Pure Dairy’s upcoming Dandenong South manufacturing facility is expected to be a “game-changer” for the company’s foodservice and retail operations.

According to the company, the new facility will enhance Pure Dairy’s product development capabilities, enabling it to create tailored solutions for chefs, QSR operators, food manufacturers, and retailers.

“The Dandenong South facility represents a significant investment in the future of dairy manufacturing in Australia,” says Mr Josephson.
