Construction of Costco’s fourth Victoria site will begin in mid-2017 and finish in mid-2018.
The 13,788sqm store in the Pacific Epping shopping centre in Melbourne’s north is expected to form a catchment of one million people. It will be the second Costco in Victoria with a fuel station and Costco says it will create more than 250 full-time and part-time jobs.
“We feel it is the perfect location for us, offering convenience for our rapidly expanding membership in this area,” Costco Australia Managing Director Patrick Noone said. “We look forward to being an integral part of the growth in Melbourne’s north.”
