HOPE works alongside young families to create safe, stable, and nurturing environments – helping parents overcome challenges like homelessness, domestic violence, and financial hardship. Through weekly home visits and tailored support, HOPE empowers parents to build strong, loving homes where children can thrive.
How you can help
“This Mother’s Day, you can support this incredible work simply by picking up a HOPE Bouquet at your local Harris Farm Markets store. For every bouquet sold, $10 is donated directly to the HOPE Program,” the retailer said.
“Shopping online? You’ll also have the option to add a donation at checkout throughout May. Every dollar goes toward supporting young mums and dads who are doing everything they can to give their children a brighter future.”
