Nut Delight, the flagship snack bar of Go Natural, has achieved a Health Star Rating of 4.5.
Go Natural says Nut Delight boasts more than 60 health claims under the new food-labelling regulations. Each bar contains peanuts, almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts and is naturally sweetened with honey.
The 40g bar is promoted as containing 70 per cent nuts and 6g of protein, vitamin E and selenium to protect cells against free-radical damage, and niacin for improved energy release and brain function.
Go Natural says Nut Delight bars are also low in sodium, free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours and contain no gluten, cholesterol or trans fats.
Nut Delight can be found in the health-food aisle of leading supermarkets, convenience stores and petrol stations.
