JAZZ apples return with compostable stickers

JAZZ apples are back in season and are now undergoing a compostable sticker trial.

Since 2008, Montague Farms’ JAZZ apples have “delighted” Australians with their “perfectly balanced flavour and unbeatable crunch”. A “natural fusion” of the “crisp” Royal Gala and the “bold” Braeburn, the apple offers a “refreshing” treat that’s promoted as being ideal for everyone.

Addressing sustainability this season, JAZZ says it’s the “first of its kind” to undergo a compostable sticker trial. According to the brand, this reaffirms a commitment to reducing environmental impact and “paving the way” for an eco-friendly future.

This will make loose JAZZ apples 100% plastic free. The sticker, which is important for traceability and quality purposes, is suitable for home composting or green waste.

JAZZ apples are available at Woolworths, Coles, Costco, and select independent greengrocers nationwide.
