Kinder is bringing a touch of magic to Australian shores with its new Harry Potter Funko POP! collection, which includes 16 figurines and accessories.
The new range features Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and other iconic characters, along with pencil toppers, sticky notes and bookmarks.
“We are excited to bring the new Harry Potter collection to families and have Kinder Joy be a part of those special moments of wonder shared between parents and tweens,” said Antony Foulet, Marketing Manager for Kinder.
“There’s something in that many parents grew up with Harry Potter themselves, this is a way to share the beloved story of Harry and his friends with their kids,” he said.
The collectables are housed in the iconic Kinder egg shape, with one half containing a delicious treat made of two layers of milky sweet creams topped with two crispy wafer bites filled with cocoa cream, and the other half of the egg holding the toy.
Kinder Joy toys can also be brought to life in Kinder’s immersive playground, Applaydu & Friends. By scanning the QR within the egg and downloading the app, families can play, create their own video content and safely connect with other players via a secure chat mode.
To celebrate the new collection, Kinder Joy will be transforming Manly Wharf into Platform 9 ¾ on 29 September. For one day only, families will be able to immerse themselves in the wizarding world of Harry Potter as they have their picture taken on the iconic platform, win instant Harry Potter prizes as well as sample the new Kinder Joy range.
Kinder Joy is now available at leading retailers across Australia for an RRP of $3.
