Following on from the recently released carton of wintery goodness that was The Black Box of Dark Ales, 4 Pines Brewing Company has delivered another small-batch beer, Double Cascadian Dark Ale.
The robust brew is jam-packed with fresh hops from the west coast of the US.
Malts: Pale, Caramunich, Crystal, Wheat, Carapils, Carafa Special.
Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo (Aroma).
With an IBU of 85, the 8% ABV beer is available in 500ml bottles (RRP $11 each).
