New Passage to India pastes are promoted as “full of flavour” and “perfect for lovers of traditional curries but mild enough for the whole family”.
The pastes (RRP $3) come in single serve packs (serves four), so there’s “no out of date leftover paste in the fridge door”. They are available in the four “best-selling” flavours of Korma, Tandoori, Butter Chicken, and Rogan Josh.
