Ritchies Stores recently completed an extensive renovation to its Balnarring Liquor store located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, home to some of Victoria’s best wineries.
A feature of the new liquor store is the Wine Room which not only hero’s the local wines of the region but also doubles as a tasting room.
Ritchies held an exclusive invite only event on 6 June hosted by legendary winemaker Louisa Rose.
“Ritchies were thrilled to host a very special evening in the cellar at their newly completed Ritchies Liquor Balnarring, with some of the finest wines from Yalumba presented by none other than legendary winemaker, Louisa Rose,” the retailer said.
Yalumba’s most premium reds were on offer, including the 2016 Yalumba FDR1A, 2019 Yalumba Signature and the unmistakable 2016 Yalumba ‘The Caley’.
“During her 20-year career at Yalumba, Louisa Rose has become one of the world’s most respected winemakers. She is an inspiring figure in Australia’s wine industry and our customers (and team!) revelled in the opportunity to hear her stories of artistry.”
