In the lead up to the long weekend, Woolworths has revealed a budget-friendly, three-course Easter menu to help Aussies create the ultimate feast and get their ‘Woolies worth’ when entertaining.
The three-course menu is designed to feed 10 people for less than $75 (less than $7.50 per serve) and features classic Woolworths products that are convenient for customers to prepare, including:
- Starters: Woolworths Truffle Polenta Chips, Woolworths Camembert Cheese, Woolworths Brie Cheese, and Woolworths Plain Water Crackers;
- Main: Half Lamb Leg Roast, Woolworths RSPCA approved Seasoned Whole Roast Chicken, Woolworths White and Sweet Potatoes, Woolworths Beanettes and Odd Bunch Carrots;
- Dessert: A range of Woolworths Hot Cross Buns, including CADBURY Chocolate and Traditional Fruit buns, Woolworths Milk Chocolate Easter Eggs and Woolworths Caramel Crunch Easter Eggs.
A Woolworths spokesperson said: “The Easter long weekend is a special time of the year, when families and friends come together to entertain and share good food.
“We hope this menu will serve as inspiration to help our customers create an indulgent, memorable dining experience while enjoying the best of our affordable and tasty own brand range,” the spokesperson said.
“Many of the products including Woolworths RSPCA Approved Seasoned Whole Roast Chicken, and the Woolworths Truffle Polenta Chips, are pre-prepared, so customers can spend less time cooking, and more time with family and friends.”
Woolworths has also released its Easter seafood prices valid until Tuesday, 11 April 2023, and the popular $22 Rock Lobster deal is back. These products are on shelves and in stores now.
