The new offering is promoted as being ideal for adventurous consumers wanting to try different teas. They are said to be compact and convenient for the briefcase, office drawer, handbag, or travel. The Dilmah 10s are available in IGA stores in the formats of string and tag (RRP $1.30) and individually foil wrapped (RRP $2.60). PLUM AND MYRTLE CHICKEN CHOICE With winter just around the corner, Lilydale has launched an extension to its Native Collection chicken range. According to Lilydale, the Diced Drumstick Fillet Marinated with Kakadu Plum & Aniseed Myrtle “will take your tastebuds on taste journey across a unique mix of sweet and sour flavours not seen in any other range”. The product not only delivers on taste, says the brand, but delivers on convenience, taking “only” 15 minutes to cook. The range is said to contain no artificial colours, artificial flavours or added preservatives. Lilydale Diced Drumstick Fillet Marinated with Kakadu Plum & Aniseed Myrtle is available now in Coles (except WA) in a 400g tray pack. NEW COMBO ON THE BLOCK Promoted as being “independently famous” in their own right, Cadbury Caramilk and Cadbury Dairy Milk Marble have been combined to bring “the best of both worlds”. According to the brand, the new Cadbury Caramilk Marble block has the “heavenly blend” of milk chocolate and Cadbury Caramilk caramelised white chocolate on the outside, filled with the “delicious” hazelnut praline of Cadbury Dairy Milk Marble. Cadbury Caramilk Marble is available in leading Australian supermarkets (RRP $5). HOT ENTRY FOLLOWS COLD TEA LAUNCH Arthur Brunt Quality Grocer returned to the tea business last year after an absence of 33 years with the launch of its Loyd Cold Teas last summer. But the approaching winter brings the introduction of Loyd Hot Teas to the Australian market, with: • A green tea range – Sencha Green Tea, Gunpowder Green Tea, Green Tea with Lemongrass, Matcha & Ginger Green Tea. • A “classic” black tea range – Black Intense, Gold Ceylon, Earl Grey, Black Lemon. • A range of fruit teas – Cranberry & Ginger, Forest Fruits, Rosehip & Apple, Fresh Orange. Arthur Brunt Quality Grocery Director Craig Brunt says the range of “environmentally friendly” PLA pyramid bags (20 bags per box) fills a gap in the Australian market of mid-premium daily drinker teas – “a large segment in Europe that barely exists in Australia”.
