‘Primo Moraitis Fresh (PMF) has launched an innovative new range of Superfood Salads under the Mrs Crocket’s Kitchen brand.
The brand is Australia’s largest manufacturer and national supplier of freshly prepared bulk, pre-packaged salads and side dishes to Australia’s retail and food service markets.
PMF says the inspiration behind this new range was simple: create a range of nutritious, healthy, convenient salads to meet the growing demand for superfood products.
“Made in Australia from only the freshest and best quality ingredients sourced from local farmers and suppliers, these fresh tasty salads are a super idea to accompany summer barbecues and family get-togethers,” a spokesperson said. “They can also be enjoyed as a healthy snack on the run or as a lunch time meal.”
The range is available from behind the glass deli sections and also in five new convenient pre-packed variants: Kale, Brown Rice, Quinoa and Fig Salad, Moroccan Style Freekeh Salad, Quinoa, Beetroot and Kale Salad, Quinoa, Fig and Lemon Salad, and Barley Salad with Kale and Cranberries.

Mrs Crocket’s classic family salad range has also been extended with Potato, Egg and Bacon and Tabouleh salads.
