ALDI will open a new store tomorrow at Westfield Innaloo in Perth.
From Wednesday, 17 May, ALDI Innaloo will provide the community with “award-winning” grocery products and popular Special Buys, together with fresh fruit, vegetables and bread delivered daily.
“We offer a supermarket experience that is like no other in Australia and we are proud to call ourselves ‘Good Different’,” says ALDI Australia Regional Managing Director Rebecca Eichfeld.
“It’s our differences such as having never offered single-use plastic bags, utilising a coin deposit system for our trolleys and our tight product range that allow us to bring unbeatable value to our customers every day.
“Low prices are a big deal for ALDI. This is our fundamental point of difference and one that customers will notice when looking at their grocery receipts each week.”
According to the retailer, ALDI Innaloo will feature a number of innovations that will offer an “enhanced” shopping experience for customers such as “simple” navigation, “expansive” wooden produce bays and a modern interior store design including newly designed registers and self-checkouts.
Energy management also remains a key priority for ALDI, with natural refrigerant technology and LED lighting a key fixture of the store, contributing to the retailer’s commitment to cut emissions.
To celebrate the opening of the new store, ALDI Innaloo will offer a number of unique Special Buys, which will not be available in any other store.
ALDI Innaloo will be supported by a team of 15-20 permanent full and part-time employees.
