FreshFood is an Australian beverage supplier with its coffee brands including, among others, Bushells, Picco, Europa and The House of Robert Timms, which is celebrating 70 years of operations in 2021.
“Our manufacturing facility is based in Concord, in Sydney’s inner west, where coffee has been manufactured for many decades for the Australian and export markets,” says Business Director Karen de Leeuw.
Birthday milestone for key brand
This year, The House of Robert Timms is 70 years old.
“This is a celebration of Australian ingenuity, grit and entrepreneurship,” Ms de Leeuw says of the FreshFood key brand’s milestone.
“Having been part of the Australian landscape over many decades is testimony to the brand’s strength and loyalty.”
FreshFood produces coffee in different formats, including instant, roasted and ground, liquid, and its own “unique” coffee bags.
“The House of Robert Timms has become known as the single-serve expert,” Ms de Leeuw says, “not only in terms of instant coffee, but also, especially, for coffee bags.
“Coffee bags are a perfect innovation in that [they’re] perfectly pre-portioned quality serves resulting in consistency in cup. They’re individually sealed for freshness and very portable. It’s a no-mess, no-fuss solution in a complicated world.”
