Blackmores wins vote of trust for 11th year running

Blackmores has won the Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Vitamin and Supplement Brand 2019 for the 11th year running.

Reader’s Digest commissions The Trusted Brands Survey as “a measure of brand preference in Australia”. The survey polls Australians to rank brands on trust levels. Few other brands have won an award for 11 years or more.

‘Worthy of trust’

Blackmores Managing Director Australia & New Zealand Dave Fenlon says the award is a tribute to the company’s hard work.

“We’re honoured that Australians have recognised us as the number-one vitamin and supplement brand for 11 years running,” he said. “We work hard to be worthy of Australians’ trust when it comes to their personal health and wellbeing. We’ll ensure we continue to earn it.

“Our consumers and quality are always our priorities. We’re devoted to delivering new products, programs and services that consistently meet or exceed the expectations of these consumers, and which comply with Australia’s high regulatory standards and requirements.”

‘Informed choices’

Blackmores says it uses ingredients from around the world for its products. It also has to make them according to Australia’s “strict” manufacturing standards, it says.

In addition, the company offers services such as the free Blackmores Naturopathic Advisory Service and interactive website. Its goal, it says, is “to help Australians make informed choices about their health and assist them on their wellbeing journeys”.

Blackmores claims it “upholds its responsibility to the community by supporting numerous social and charitable activities making a difference”.
