Brownes Dairy has recently launched a new cheese range, Club Cheddar.
Promoted as embracing the spirit of Christmas, Club Cheddar is available in four flavours with “crumbly” texture: Vintage, Pickled Onion, Green Peppercorn, and Smokey Red.
“This festive season, Brownes is aiming to add to the holiday experience, by inviting Australians to savour quality cheese and create cherished moments with loved ones,” says Brownes Dairy CEO Natalie Sarich-Dayton.
The launch of Club Chedder builds on Brownes’ commitment to producing cheddar cheese on a “large scale” in Western Australia.
In 2019, Brownes Dairy introduced a range of cheddar, including a vintage heritage reserve cheddar aged 24-36 months, all of which have received accolades for “exceptional quality”.
The new range of Club Cheddar have been “highly awarded” in the lead up to launch at a number of showings including the Sydney Royal Show and Perth Royal Show.
“Our cheddar cheese products have received a bunch of accolades from food critics in the lead up to Christmas and we are confident in the taste, quality and appeal of our Club Cheddar range,” says Ms Sarich-Dayton.
Club Cheddar is available in WA at IGA, Spudshed, independents and Farmer Jacks. It’s also available on the east coast at IGA.
