Clemton Park Shopping Village opened in south-west Sydney this week, offering a mix of shops and services.
Owned and managed by SCA Property Group, the centre has a gross lettable area of around 6,750sqm and houses 21 retailers, with more than 270 basement car parks and three ATMs.
Coles Clemton Park Store Manager Paul Towells says the new market-style Coles store will be a hub for fresh food in the local area with an extensive range of fruit and vegetables, an open meat counter with qualified butchers and a continental delicatessen that offers a variety of local and international cheeses.
“Our new store will also feature an in-store bakery and naked bread for shoppers to pick and wrap products themselves,” he said.
Other food businesses at the centre include modern Turkish-cuisine concept Anatolia, Hombre Mexican and Flamin Chook Co, as well as a Thai and a Japanese restaurant and a burger outlet. A Natural Fresh Grocer and hairdresser are among the centre’s mix, along with a physiotherapist, dentist and medical centre incorporated with Priceline Pharmacy.
Frasers Property’s Peri Macdonald says the centre has been designed to respond to local needs.
“Clemton Park Shopping Village is not just a place to shop,” he said. “It will be used for a variety of community purposes to become a natural focal point for local people.”
