Continental has taken the hard work out of cooking with its pasta, rice and risotto range.
The premium range comprises six pastas made using orecchiette and rigatoni, two rice and two creamy risottos – simply add fresh ingredients and cook in one pan.
The real ingredients used in the range are picked when in season, before being dried and prepared by Continental chefs.
Continental Head Chef Julie Baylis said that drying is one of the oldest methods of food preservation.
“It locks in the flavour and nutrients so foods can be enjoyed all year round,” she said. “All you need to do is ignite the flavour by adding heat and water, then let your creativity take over.”
The pasta range consists of Creamy Chicken Pesto & Spring Onion, Aged Cheddar, Parmesan & Chive, Creamy Pumpkin, Sage & Bacon, Creamy Spinach, Parmesan & Bacon, Creamy Tomato, Parmesan & Basil, and Primavera with Vine Ripened Tomato.
The rice range features Thai Coconut & Lemon Grass Rice, and Teriyaki & Garlic, while the risotto range offers Roast Chicken & Leek and Mushroom & Chive.
