CEO Deane Hubball leaves the company on July 31 and will be replaced for the interim by Managing Director and CIS founder Stephen Howell.
Speaking on the announcement, Mr Howell said that Mr Hubball, who has fulfilled his contracted term of four years, has provided leadership, direction, stability and guidance to the CIS team, “resulting in securing a market leadership position in the point-of-purchase market in Australia, growth in our European operations and establishing our North American base.
“While managing the timing of a CEO departure is never easy, CIS have a leadership team in place that is capable of accelerating our growth and I look forward to working closely with them to help execute the next phase of the company’s transformation plan,” he said.
With the focus for CIS being on international market expansion, a global search for Mr Hubball’s replacement has commenced to oversee the next stage of the company’s growth and development. CIS’ priority is now to identify a leader who can leverage the company’s assets and leadership team to drive the next stage of its innovation and growth internationally.
