The Good Food & Wine Show will return to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre between October 30 and November 1, with hundreds of local and international exhibitors ready to provide samples of their products.
Visitors can save 20 per cent on general-admission adult tickets by using code word TASTYBRIS when booking online at www.goodfoodshow.com.au.
The show will feature cooking demonstrations in the Good Food Theatre by acclaimed chefs such as George Calombaris, Adam Liaw, Miguel Maestre, and Sarah Wilson.
Wine-appreciation sessions highlighting exhibitor product will be held at the Cellar Door and cheese, salumi, chocolate, wine and whisky classes will be led by National Fine Wine Manager for Dan Murphy’s, Peter Nixon, and Nick Haddow from Bruny Island Cheese.
Beer and cider appreciation sessions will be hosted by Australian ‘beer diva’ Kirrily Waldhorn.
Visitors can also go behind the labels of boutique producers in Artisan Square, find a new favourite brew in Brewer’s Lane, meander down Tucker’s Natural Cheese Alley, take a Nespresso masterclass, and enjoy dining in the Grazing Garden.
