Australian pasta brand, San Remo, has joined forces with renowned Italian born food writer Silvia Colloca as its new brand ambassador.
Born in Milan, Italy, Ms Colloca now resides with her family in Sydney where she’s raised her family. Alongside her cooking show ‘Silvia’s Italian Masterclass’, and the release of several cookbooks, she is passionate about bringing families together over authentic Italian cooking.
Looking to inspire Australians to create delicious, easy and authentic recipes, Ms Colloca is proud to be joining the San Remo family to help develop original and authentic recipes, and provide hints and tips to elevate Aussie household pasta meals.
“As an Italian-Australian, pasta is at the heart of so much of my cooking and San Remo is one of my favourite brands. I am delighted to be the brand’s newest ambassador, and to bring my own personality and authentic love for traditional cooking to the San Remo Family”, she said.
