Frasers Property Industrial has officially opened its fourth state-of-the-art facility at Vantage Yatala, in Queensland. The site will service Primary Connect’s customer, Endeavour Group, and will be supplying more than 600 BWS, Dan Murphy’s and ALH venues between Northern NSW and Far North Queensland.
The 34,880sqm facility has been designed to drive warehouse and distribution efficiencies, with 33 roller shutter doors, an expansive 22m cantilevered awning, and significant inbuilt forklift and machine technology and programming, to enable seamless supply of products.
The opening follows the completion of facilities for National Tiles, Goodyear, and PFG Australia at Vantage Yatala, which is set to become Frasers Property Industrial’s first Premium Estate in Queensland.
The 65ha development between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Vantage Yatala has been designed as a next-generation industrial and logistics estate with a focus on sustainability and wellbeing. It is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design and As-Built v1.3 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and incorporates sustainability features including 500kW solar PV system, two 25,000 litre ground water tanks to capture rainwater for reuse and 144 individual charge bays for electric forklifts.
Customers and their employees will benefit from unique amenities at the Premium Estate, including an open parkland reserve stretching more than 2ha, a 3km walking path and bike track, two outdoor gyms, outdoor barbecues, sheltered areas, and a full-sized basketball court.

Vantage Yatala estate is strategically positioned 500m from the Pacific Motorway (M1). It offers 24/7 operational hours B-Double truck access and a signalised intersection from the estate to Staplyton Jacobs Well Road, as well as internal and external roadworks.
