The Distributors has announced the appointment of Bruce Spiteri and Craig Bain and the election of Stewart Robertson to its board.
A change to The Distributors’ company constitution allows for the appointment of two board members for a term of 12 months. Elected board members continue to serve a three-year term.
Elections were conducted at The Distributors annual general meeting last week (October 12) in Sydney.
Craig Bain is Managing Director of Accredited Distributors, Bruce Spiteri is Managing Director of JB Metropolitan, and Stewart Robertson is owner of ACW Sunshine and Suncity Distributors.
The Distributors Board thanked Michael Cooper, Managing Director of Juice Isle, for his contributions during his three-year term on the board.
The Distributors board for 2017/2018 comprises:
- Simon Rowell, Chair.
- Bruce Spiteri, Director.
- Craig Bain, Director.
- Joshua Sherlock, Director.
- Stewart Robertson, Director.
