Premium tomato brand Perino has unveiled a refresh featuring striking new packaging, exclusive to Coles supermarkets nationwide.
Marking the culmination of a 15-year partnership between Perino and Coles, the rebrand is said to celebrate Perino’s reputation for “vibrant colours, perfectly balanced flavour, and its unwavering commitment to quality”. The new packaging showcases Perino’s iconic oval design, enhanced by clean, contemporary branding that reflects its premium and unmistakable offering.
“This evolution is more than a packaging update – it reaffirms Perino as the one and only tomato for flavour-first food lovers,” said Costa National Marketing and Innovation Manager Elisa Siliato. “Our partnership with Coles has allowed us to set the standard in premium snacking and cooking tomatoes, and this rebrand ensures we continue to lead the way.”
The launch is set to be Perino’s largest campaign to date, spanning large-format outdoor advertising, online campaigns, and influencer engagement, ensuring the brand continues to make a bold impact both in-store and beyond.
Perino’s brand refresh builds on its legacy as the “ultimate tomato” – small in size but mighty in flavour.
Perino tomatoes are grown in one of Australia’s largest and most advanced glasshouse facilities, located in Guyra, NSW. Spanning 40 hectares of glasshouses and a 2.5-hectare nursery, the facility leverages Guyra’s unique microclimate to deliver optimal growing conditions to ensure 52-week national supply.
Utilising leading-edge glasshouse technology, Costa is at the forefront of sustainable farming practices, reducing water usage and environmental impact while maintaining exceptional quality. Perino tomatoes are a result of this innovation – a consistent, premium product grown with care.
