Pet retailer Petbarn has linked up with Uber Eats, enabling pet parents more flexibility than ever to shop for their pet’s needs.
The partnership also marks the first loyalty integration of a retailer on Uber Eats in Australia, with Petbarn’s Friends for Life members able to unlock Petbarn member prices on the Uber Eats platform.
Lucas Barry, CEO of Greencross Pet Wellness Company, says the latest development builds on a long-standing partnership between Petbarn and Uber, offering customers a market leading guaranteed two-hour delivery service and fulfilling millions of orders nationwide.
“Expanding our relationship to Uber Eats was a natural next step, making it even easier for pet parents to get what they need, when they need it,” he said.
Alyssa O’Connell, Director of Commercial Uber ANZ, echoed this sentiment: “As a pet owner myself, I recognise the value this partnership brings. Uber Eats is already a trusted delivery service for groceries, meals, and household essentials – now, we’re extending that convenience to pet care, reinforcing our commitment to serving all members of the household, including pets.”
There are thousands of items from Petbarn available on Uber Eats – from toys and treats, to grooming supplies and supplements.
