Pukka’s new, “organic, expertly blended” Morning Berry Tea is bursting with sweet blackcurrant, succulent blackberries and refreshing hibiscus. The combination of herbs in this “delicious” fruity tea will add “a lively kick to your morning, without the need for caffeine.”
Part of Pukka’s energy range, the “Certified Organic” Morning Berry tea is packed full of “healthy anthocyanins.” The blend also features Ginseng, a tonic used in traditional Chinese medicine to “enhance mental and physical performance and awaken the senses,” according to the brand.
“Rosemary and Rooibos are also added to help support vitality throughout the day. Finally, spearmint, another uplifting herb, adds a delightfully refreshing twist that rounds out the flavour profile of this invigorating brew.”
“Pukka’s Morning Berry tea is a delicious and much gentler alternative to your morning coffee, providing a balanced boost to the start of your day,” says Pukka’s resident naturopath Bianca Nelson.
“In today’s fast-paced world, many of us rely on caffeine to jumpstart our mornings, but this can lead to a cycle of dependency and unwanted side effects like dehydration, elevated cortisol levels, and sleep issues. The herbal combination in Morning Berry gently lifts your senses and sets a foundation for sustained vitality and clarity throughout your day,” she said.
Pukka’s Morning Berry Tea complements the brand’s “best-selling” Night Time Berry tea, which contains a restorative blend of organic berries, along with calming chamomile, valerian and echinacea, to ‘help set you up for a soothing night’s rest.’
Every Pukka plastic-free tea bag comes with its own recyclable envelope, to retain the essential oils of the organic herbs. Each bag has two chambers, allowing these “incredible” herbs to flow and release the full potency in your cup.
Pukka’s Morning Berry Tea (RRP $8.95 for 20 individually packaged sachets) will be available from May at Woolworths, Coles, IGA and health food stores.
