Tahini Neri launches protein plus dips

Australian made natural dip brand Tahini Neri has launched two new protein dips in more than 500 Coles stores across Australia. Classic Hummus + Protein and Red Tomato Hummus + Protein will launch alongside the brand’s existing core range of dips.

Tahini Neri has fast become a go-to for authentic middle eastern staples like tahini and hummus. With popular Middle Eastern food spots on the rise and the prominence of star chefs like Ottolenghi, tahini is on trend – but the category itself calls for a fresh approach, says co-founder Rikki Goldman.

“We see the market is craving a healthy, real ingredient 3pm snack and believe this is the perfect balance,” she said of the new products.

“Our commitment to quality, taste and innovation means we’re elevating the snacking experience for the ‘foodie’ and the naturally health conscious.”

Tahini Neri was founded in 2018 by Rikki and her husband Neri, aiming to bring a taste of the Middle East to Australian tables with Neri’s traditional family recipes. Their products combine the best authentic flavours with premium sourced natural ingredients in every dip.

Stocked in over 800 stores across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Tahini Neri is on track to triple its growth with a new purpose-built production and warehouse facility in Braeside and a global trajectory, now focused on dipping into the UAE and more of Southeast Asia.

“It’s a huge step for our business and we have new products and retail partnerships in the pipeline to bring our real flavours to more homes across the country,” Ms Goldman said.
