Harry’s Ice Cream Co has collaborated with the iconic Bundaberg Rum to create the ultimate summer frozen dessert – Bundaberg Rum Ice Cream – a premium ice cream with the flavour of Australia’s most popular rum.
Two delicious rum infused flavours have been released:
Rum & Raisin – Complex and smooth rum flavour with plump raisins.
Pineapple Coconut Rum – Rum and coconut flavoured ice cream with tropical pineapple ripple.
Diageo and Harry’s saw an opportunity to bring the iconic Queensland rum and the premium ice cream brands together to create a new product for adults who like to indulge.
Harry & Larry’s Owner, Lawrence Harris said, “Consumers are always looking for new products and with the popularity of Bundaberg Rum, we knew that this would be the perfect frozen dessert for summer. Bundaberg Rum have successfully continued to extend their brand into other products and we know that consumers will enjoy these new rum flavoured Australian dairy ice cream varieties.”

The new range will be available at IGA Queensland stores – the heartland of Bundaberg Rum – throughout summer.
