Frucor Suntory appoints new Chief People Officer

Frucor Suntory has appointed Alicia Ryan-Davis to the role of Chief People Officer to lead the People & Culture functions (HR, Communications and Health & Safety) across Oceania.

Ms Ryan-Davis joins the organisation from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners where she was the Regional Director People & Culture (Indonesia and PNG) looking after a workforce during a period of strategic transformation.

In her role at Frucor Suntory, Ms Ryan-Davis will be responsible to ensure that the business can continue to deliver on the employee experience and maintain a high level of engagement as demand for the diverse product portfolio from leading brands like V Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee experience significant growth.

With over 20 years of experience, Ms Ryan-Davis has a proven track record of reshaping and building high-performance executive teams, People and Culture functions and company cultures during times of business transformation.

In her new position, Alicia will support the Executive Leadership Team to drive the business growth agenda through delivering the strategic imperative required to create a high-performance culture through a broad range of leading people and culture initiatives.
