Australian business Cookie Man has released a wholesale line of thick, chunky cookies in flavours inspired by New York City.
Cookie Man Managing Director Michael Elligett says the cookies have been more than 12 months in the making, with ample taste-testing across the team to ensure they live up to the Cookie Man name.
“This range is everything you want in a New York-style cookie – packed with flavour, loaded with fresh ingredients, and both gooey and chunky,” he said.
“All the cookies in the New York range take their inspiration from New York icons and cities – they’re aptly named to pay homage to their roots, bringing a little bit of the Big Apple to cafes and retailers throughout Australia.”
The New York Loaded Cookie range comprises:
- Broadway Big League: an indulgent take on a classic chocolate chip cookie, filled with Nutella filling and topped with roasted and crushed hazelnuts.
- Brooklyn Brownie: a thick brownie cookie, topped with chocolate freckles
- Lady Liberty: a cookie with a rich Nutella filling, adorned with crushed peanuts
- Madison Square Macadamia: a cookie with a butter filling, fused with white chocolate and roasted macadamia, topped with a crunchy Biscoff biscuit.
- Manhattan Monster: an Oreo and M&M mash-up.
- New Yorker: a gooey, triple-chocolate peanut butter-filled cookie, topped with peanut butter and a pretzel.
- Rockefella Velvet: red velvet, with a loaded cheesecake filling and topped with a white chocolate chip.
- Sassy Soho: a white chocolate, roasted macadamia and caramel fudge cookie, topped with macadamias.
Each cookie is 150 grams and made with up to 95 per cent Australian ingredients, including butter, wheat and sugar.
The New York Loaded Cookie range is currently available exclusively for wholesale, with plans to roll out to the general public soon.
