ALDI Australia has been named the top employer among graduates looking for a career in retail and FMCG, according to the results of the GradConnection Top100 Awards.
The awards are based on the volume of unique applications to companies made by final-year Australian university students.
This year, ALDI received the most interest in the retail and FMCG sector and the fifth highest number of applications overall.
Successful applicants take on the role of area manager after completing the 18-month program, with a salary of $85,000 and a company car.
ALDI now directly employs more than 10,000 people in Australia, with this figure set to rise after recently expanding to South and Western Australia.
