ALDI opens new SA store

ALDI opens a new store in the Adelaide suburb of Glynde on 13 March.

Officially opening doors at 8:30am, the new South Australian store will provide the community with “high-quality” products at “unbelievably low” prices. It has created over 25 new full and part time jobs in the local area.

The new 1500sqm store will feature a range of innovations, including self-checkouts, modern interior design and “simple” navigation. There will also be 110 car park spaces available exclusively to ALDI customers.

“We’re delighted to be making Glynde a new home for Australia’s lowest priced groceries,” says ALDI Australia Managing Director Rebecca Eichfeld.

“We offer Aussies a supermarket experience like no other and are proud to call ourselves ‘Good Different’. Our curated range of exclusive brands, streamlined operations, and our coin deposit trolleys are just some of the small differences that allow us to cut out unnecessary costs and pass these savings onto customers.

“Our Price Promise remains the same from the day we opened our first store over 20 years ago – we won’t be beaten on the cost of your weekly shop. We look forward to welcoming the residents of Glynde to the store so they can discover the savings that can be made for themselves.”
