Adelaide fine food and wine merchant Bottega Rotolo has agreed on a deal to supply its range to Foodland supermarkets.
Bottega Rotolo says that its continued success is based upon anticipating changing customer demands and not only meeting, but exceeding, expectations. It says that by supplying niche supermarkets across Australia it can bring its search for the world’s best products to a greater number of customers.
“We feel as though we are promoting our future business prosperity by supplying our exclusive range to Australian Supermarket of the Year, Foodland,” Bottega Rotolo Director Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan said.
Bottega Rotolo’s wholesale distribution model has experienced strong growth in recent years, so the business is seeking to centralise head office and its retail distribution centre at the company’s headquarters in Mile End. While the company’s original Norwood store will close, a retail outlet will be located at the warehouse in Mile End, complementing the award-winning store on King William Road.
“For a customer who wants to impress, or be inclined to try something new in the kitchen, Bottega Rotolo, King William Road, is the best place to indulge and lose yourself in fine food,” Ms Rotolo-Hassan said.
She says that Bottega Rotolo’s future could not look brighter and that the company is looking to do with food what Apple does with its business model.
