Unilever Australia’s brand extension agency, Asembl, is launching Streets’ Bubble O’Bill in its first ever Easter egg format.
Launching in Woolworths stores across Australia from 16 March, the Bubble O’Bill milk chocolate Easter Egg has been “masterfully” made in Australia by Chocolatier Australia.
The egg is coated in strawberry marbled “creamy” milk chocolate which has been mixed with “crunchy” caramel and “chewy” berry pieces. Inside is “five of the biggest bubble-gum noses in the west”.
Back on shelves
Making a return this Easter is the Golden Gaytime Eggsellence Easter Egg.
Crafted and made by Chocolatier Australia, the product is made from “pure” milk chocolate using cocoa certified by the Rainforest Alliance and contains no palm oil. It’s coated with Golden Gaytime crumbs and the ice-cream’s “iconic” toffee flavour.
Said to have been a “retail Easter hit” in 2021 and a collaboration curated by Asembl, the Golden Gaytime Eggsellence Easter Egg will be once again found on the shelves of both Coles and Woolworths from this month.
A new delight
Unilever Australia Marketing Manager Annie Lucchitti says Bubble O’Bill continues to surprise and delight consumers.
“This year, he’s lassoing down the confectionery aisle with his first ever Easter egg,” she says.
“Following on from the success of last year’s partnership with Chocolatier Australia with our Golden Gaytime Eggsellence Easter Egg, we are pleased to be working with them again. We can’t wait to see Woolworths shelves stacked with Australia’s favourite cowboy in chocolate form this Easter.”
Both the Bubble O’Bill and Golden Gaytime Eggsellence Easter Eggs will retail for $10.
