Cadbury Roses partners with The Sebastian Foundation

Cadbury Roses is partnering with The Sebastian Foundation this Mother’s Day.

To say thank you for the “essential work” The Sebastian Foundation does for vulnerable Australian mothers and children, Cadbury Roses will donate $50,000 to the Foundation.

According to Cadbury, the funds will directly contribute to renovating the kitchen at a local NSW women’s and children’s refuge. This, says the company, will ensure mothers have a safe place to enjoy a home cooked meal with their children, giving them a sense of normality during these challenging times.

Random acts of kindness

Cadbury Roses and The Sebastian Foundation are encouraging Australians to offer random acts of kindness that “surprise and delight” the mums in their local community. This, they said, can be done with a box of Cadbury Roses on their doorstep

Australians are encouraged to take a moment to thank not only the incredible mums we have in our families, but also our work mums, our healthcare mums and other amazing women that inspire us.

“Mother’s Day is going to be very different this year,” says Cadbury Senior Marketing Manager Kathy De Lullo.

“It comes as a reminder of the importance of the bond we have with our mothers at a time when family has never been so important.

“We hope Cadbury Roses inspires Australians to ‘say thank you’ to the important women in their lives at a time when we’re physically distanced from one another.”

To celebrate, Cadbury Roses has launched a limited-edition gift box which has been designed by Australian artist, Sarah Hankinson.
