IGA has announced a new premium seasonal range, Signature Collection, to help shoppers create something special for this year’s festive celebrations.
The range has been carefully crafted and developed alongside Australian culinary experts and is made in Australia, highlighting the artisan producers and ingredients we have right here on our doorstep.
It includes hand finished Salted Caramel Rustic Pavlova made on Sunshine Coast, just outside Noosa, and decadent Gold Dusted Christmas Puddings finished with Australian Wildflower Honey made in Victoria.
IGA says the Signature Collection range has been crafted with convenience and quality in mind, so that Australian families can spend quality time together, rather than cooking for hours in the kitchen.
Festive indulgence
The range comprises:
- Gold Dusted Christmas Pudding – sweet and fruity thanks to the brandy-soaked cherries and Australian Wildflower Honey, balanced with crunchy roasted almonds. RRP $9 for 400g, $15 for 800g.
- Salted Caramel Rustic Pavlova – light sugary sweet meringue with notes of toffee. RRP $14.
- Decorated Hanging Shortbread Cookies – buttery and sweet in flavour, these shortbread cookies with ribbon detail for hanging are crisp to the bite with a crumbly texture, guaranteed to melt in your mouth. RRP $9.50 for a 6 pack.
- Festive Shortbread Cookies Shapes – buttery and sweet in flavour, these shortbread cookies are crisp to the bite with a crumbly texture, guaranteed to melt in your mouth. RRP $4.50 for a 9 pack.
- Gingerbread Cookies – sweet in flavour and perfectly spiced, these cookies are crispy on the edges and soft in the centre. RRP $7 for a 6 pack
- Beef Wellington – buttery puff pastry filled with premium Australian Beef and finely chopped mushroom duxelles. RRP $15.
The Signature Collection Christmas range arrives in selected IGA and Foodland stores across the country from 1 November, for a limited time only.
