About Life Crows Nest offers premium roasted, certified organic and Fairtrade coffee at its in-store Nature’s Café, as well as raw smoothies, juices and wholefood dishes.
Its Nature’s Servery offers hearty superfood meals and salads, as well as a choice of hot and cold wholefood dishes at the self-serve food bar, with more than 20 daily changing menu items tailored to all tastes and dietary needs.
The wholefood supermarket offers an extensive range of natural and organic groceries, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, deli, bakery, pantry staples, household goods, health and beauty. There is also an aisle dedicated to nourishing and nurturing the little ones, plus an in-store wellness expert and concierge.
About Life’s own private label range offers premium products such as raw desserts and dips, salads, organic milk and ready-made meals.
With all store openings, About Life continues its promise to eliminate the nasties with food that is clean, chemical-free (no artificial preservatives, flavours, sweeteners, colours, etc) and replaces these with natural, ethical groceries.
About Life hosts regular events designed to develop wellness knowledge and to socialise with like-minded people, including informative and interactive evenings with guest speakers, live cooking demonstrations, wellness expert panel Q&A sessions and book and product launches.
The grand opening will treat customers to an entire weekend of wholefood goodness and activities, including complimentary About Life tote bags for the first 500 grocery customers, in-store tastings and samplings from About Life farmers and suppliers, a Bike n’ Blend station to make pedal-powered smoothies, and a garden patch for children.
