To celebrate its “long-standing commitment to keeping Aussie kids active”, Milo has launched three new limited-edition 1kg tins, honouring sports loved by Australian kids.
Available exclusively at Woolworths this month, the 1kg Milo tins show football, basketball and cricket with “bright pictures and a cheeky larrikin touch”. These tins, according to the brand, are “unapologetically fun” and demonstrate the joy that comes with staying active.
While Milo tins have carried motifs of sport for over 50 years, the limited-edition tins are said to be a “significant departure” from the imagery Australians have come to know and love.
“Featuring bright illustrations showing epic achievements in football, cricket and basketball, the tins capture the unmistakable thrill and excitement that comes with kicking a goal or shooting a three pointer,” says the brand.
Nestlé Dairy Business Manager Anna Stewart is thrilled with the look of the new tins and thinks Milo fans will love it too.
“Milo has been proud to support kids across Australia in keeping active and participating in sport for generations, so for 2021 we wanted to keep the tradition alive and create a range of limited-edition tins that celebrate the sports that Milo lovers play,” she says.
With the purchase of each limited-edition tin, Milo lovers will be in with a chance to win one of five-hundred $100 Rebel Sports vouchers.
The three limited-edition Milo tins are available exclusively at Woolworths this month for $12.50. They will be available in Big W next month.
