More Woolworths stores available on DoorDash

Woolworths and DoorDash have expanded its partnership, adding more than 150 additional stores to the delivery platform.

According to DoorDash, the expansion significantly increases the choice of on-demand delivery options for fresh groceries, pantry staples, household essentials and everyday items for customers across the country.

Alongside the expanded store footprint, customers will also benefit from an even broader range of products available through Woolworths on the DoorDash platform.

To celebrate the expansion, DoorDash is offering customers 40% off their first Woolworths grocery order.

DoorDash Australia VP APAC Simon Rossi says the company is focused on giving Australians more choice, value and convenience in how they shop.

“By expanding Woolworths to more than 150 additional stores and unlocking access in over 100 new postcodes, we’re making everyday grocery shopping more accessible for more communities across the country,” he says.

“Whether it’s a planned weekly shop, a forgotten ingredient for dinner or a last-minute household essential, we’re making it easier for customers to get the products they need, when and where they need them.”

David Berger, Director of Ultra Convenience at Woolworths, says the retailer is pleased to build on its partnership with DoorDash to give customers even more choice in how they choose to shop with them.

“This expansion introduces an additional on-demand option alongside our MILKRUN and Delivery Now services helping us reach more customers, more often, through platforms they already use every day,” he says.
