Australia’s favourite smiley-faced eggs, Sunny Queen Farms has supplied Foxtel’s new series and ratings phenomenon, The Great Australian Bake Off showcasing the brilliant versatility of the humble egg.
Gracing TV’s around Australian every Thursday at 8:30pm, Sunny Queen Farms’ famous eggs and yellow carton can be spotted in the majority of the contestants’ creations as they battle out to win the title of Australia’s best baker.
“Providing product to an iconic baking show that uses egg as a key ingredient in so many recipes was a natural brand alignment for Sunny Queen Farms,” says Isabelle Dench, who heads up the brand’s marketing.
“Just like an egg race but with an even more enjoyable outcome, The Great Australian Bake Off pits twelve bakers against each other to take on 30 mouth-watering challenges over 10 weeks and already the creations have been remarkable,” she says.

Under the watchful eyes of the judges and hosts, national treasure and culinary icon Maggie Beer, acclaimed chef and restaurateur Matt Moran and comedians Claire Hooper and Mel Buttle, Sunny Queen Farms’ free-range eggs have been a trusty ingredient for contestants to tackle delightful desserts, cakes, biscuits, breads, and pastries, in a bid to find Australia’s best baker.
