Swisse Wellness has signed on as naming rights partner of Hot Shots Tennis, with Australian tennis player Maya Joint joining the program as an ambassador.
The partnership sees the program become Swisse Hot Shots Tennis, while Ms Joint joins fellow tennis player Alex de Minaur in inspiring the next generation of players through the program that introduces “thousands” of kids to tennis each year.
Tennis Australia Chief Tennis Officer Tom Larner says the partnership with Swisse and appointment of Ms Joint will help strengthen the connection between young players and the sport.
“Swisse Hot Shots Tennis is where so many kids take their first steps in our sport, and creating a positive first experience is incredibly important,” he says.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Swisse as naming rights partner and Maya as an ambassador for the program.
“Swisse shares our belief in helping kids build confidence, resilience and important life skills, while Maya’s story shows what’s possible when young players develop a love for the game from an early age.”
Swisse Wellness Marketing Director Stephanie Taylor says the partnership reflects Swisse’s commitment to supporting the wellbeing of Australian families.
“We know the positive impact sport can have on children’s physical, social and emotional wellbeing,” she says.
“Swisse Hot Shots Tennis provides a fun and welcoming environment where kids can build confidence, make friends and develop lifelong healthy habits.
“We’re proud to partner with Tennis Australia to help more kids discover the joy of tennis and the benefits of being active.”
In addition to learning the game, Swisse Hot Shots kids have access to the Swisse Hot Shots Crew, providing opportunities to enjoy exclusive experiences, competitions, giveaways and tennis moments throughout the year.
